What is Instructional Technology?

 

As an Instructional Technologist it is my job to help meet the needs of instructors and learners by employing best practices in design and development. Through the use of the ADDIE model, the most effective strategies, media, and resources can be selected and put into play.

 

Instructional Technology involves an understanding of various instructional design models, clear communication with clients, and the flexibility to modify and adapt based on the specific learning group.
